The price is calculated by our pricing engine based on package, group size, date, and city. You see both the total price for the limousine and the per-person rate.

Deposit
Pay a deposit online. The remaining balance is payable in cash to the driver on the day of the service.

Operator Confirmation
We send a request to all eligible operators simultaneously. The first one to confirm gets the booking.

Confirmation for You
You receive full details: vehicle, time, pick-up location, and the remaining amount to pay the driver.

Day of the Service
The driver arrives with the vehicle at the agreed location. After your ride, we kindly ask for your review.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
No. You only pay a deposit online to reserve your date. The remaining balance is paid in cash to the driver on the day of the service.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
Usually within a few hours, and no later than 24 hours after booking, once the operator confirms availability.
Can I change the pick-up time after booking?
Yes, email or call us as early as possible — if the operator is available, we will shift the time at no extra charge.
Do you operate only in major cities?
No, we handle bookings all across Poland. If your city is not on the list, ask us anyway — we will source a vehicle from nearby.
What if no operator confirms the booking?
We will refund your deposit in full. We send request to all eligible operators at once, so this happens very rarely.
Is the price shown online final?
Yes, the price is calculated based on the package, group size, date, and city, and is binding — with no hidden fees apart from any optional extras you choose.
